I watched all PSG games and Neymar was the best player in the pitch 99% of the time, French league and CL and amazing almost every game.
By "underwhelming this SEASON" you mean "he did not play well ONE GAME - the first leg against Madrid", right?
If you dont watch the player can you at least check Whoscored or Squawka before commenting?
I'm talking about Pogba

OK so heres the transfer campaign that I want. I think it is both realistic but importantly necessary

Even though he's not a regular starter for a lower ranked club I will take Emre Can because for a free he is useful for squad depth. On that note I will also accept Balotelli. Again for depth and he's free and to allow Higuaín to rest.

Stefan de Vriji is a no brainer and also free so I'll take him too. Ditto Max Meyer. These are two fantastic players. Both free.

Rafinha is also useful.

So without spending money we can add the required depth to replace our ageing squad in the form of: Emre Can, Balotelli, De Vriji, Meyer and Rafinha.
Then we get to the big signings. SMS is a must. Lets shell it out and secure a world class player. Lets get Martial too, he probably won't be astronomically high and can be a great rotation player. Then our next big signing and after losing Bonnuci and soon Chiellini I believe someone like Azpilcueta would slot in nicely. And our third and final massive signing Oblak. To replace the great Buffon

So players in:
Oblak
Azpilcueta
De Vriji
Rafinha
Emre Can
Meyer
SMS
Martial
Balotelli

Out:
Buffon
Barzagali
Lichensteiner
Khediera
Asamoah
Marchisio
Manduzic

It would be huge. It would be necessary.

Asamoah has been in good form he should not leave and balotelli should not be signed even if he is free agent

I think we could if we opened the coffers.
We won't. Nice FM window you got there though.

Oblak has 100m release clause and I don't think they want to sell him. If Gigi retires, we'll sign backup goalie and big Pole will be a starter.

We won't sign SMS because all the rich clubs are after him and Lazio would rather sell to them. We're not doing bidding wars. He will leave Serie A.

Chelsea and United would want more than you think for Azpilicueta and Martial.

Tare recently said De Vrij is not going to Juve, he probably has a deal with Inter.

Marotta said we're not after Balo. He used the same words before he moved to Nice.

No upgrade to MDS or Licht imo.

Ok what world class players could Juventus potentially actually acquire?

Erikson
Kante
Aubameyang
Salah
Mertins
Pogba
Dele Alli
Icardi
Keita
Which Keita are you talking about? The Leipzig one is heading to Liverpool. As for the others on your list, none of them are realistic.
