What are you talking about? Neymar is a complete twat, but he is a twat with 14 assists this season. 27 goals-14 assists in all competitions. 6 goals - 3 assists in CL.

He had 19 assists for Barca last season, and 16 the year before. He's very clearly a player who is constantly looking to create goals for his teammates and always has been.
Stats matter, but Neymar is the same guy who scored 4 in a meaningless result. The same guy who had the team and president worked up because he doesn't want to share penalties...

PSG are a team so full of talent and so much ahead of the opposition that even Draxler will have good numbers there. I consider clutch players the ones that score decisive goals, not 10 against B-level opponents and a lot of penalties.

He's also the same guy who scored a goal and assist against Bayern in CL to lead PSG to a 3-0 win this year. He's also the guy who made Barcelona's comeback against PSG from 4-0 down possible last year.

He has 1 penalty of 6 goals in CL this year. He has 4 penalties of 18 league goals. Hardly a giant amount.

And no, Draxler does not have anywhere near good numbers in his PSG career thus far. Neymar is their best player by a margin right now. Mbappe will get to that level, maybe even go beyond, but he's not there yet.

I'm not doubting Neymar quality but the Bayern games were their only meaningful games this season before recently facing Real. They won at Parc de Prince but BM was just before firing Carletto and Bavarians got their revenge at Allianz. Now they lost to RM and it is impossible they will qualify now (going along tuZ logic after our draw with Tottenham ;) ). My point is Ligue 1 is so irrelevant and psg is so ahead the rest that it will be Geymar main thing to do to break records against French minnows.

You are taking my point about Draxler too literally, but even then you are further off imho. Draxler plays as a CM mostly and even when he is a wide forward he never gets the same amount of chances. I am not saying Neymar doesn't create some of his chances by himself, but lets be fair here - the team does it mostly... Ergo my sentence regarding the penalties. Not to mention no one counts misses either!

Neymar is closer to Dybala than to Messi. Good player, but too many OBVIOUS flaws.

PS: The Barcelona game was an exception, but I admit - then he was special. Still, it feels more like luck than anything else to me!
Also talking about the first Bayern game - take another look at Mbappe. Tearing Bayern a new one just with his speed alone... Not to mention he is stronger with the ball than the Brazilian.

Marotta has met with Jorge Mendes a few days ago to discuss for Fabinho & there could be a new meeting in Milano in March. (Rai)

Is this an episode of Twins Peaks? That's an almost realistic mercato proposal from rakib.

I got torn to shreds for suggesting Cuadrado => Pjaca

I would keep Kean on loan for at least another season. We already have Higuain and Mandzukic, and Kean is only 18 years old. Max would bench the living sh!t out of him.

Kean could explode with us. Going to a mediocre serie A club won't get the best of him.

Looking back, would have loaned pogba at 19 years old?
