And the irony in all of this is that out of all the seemingly far fetched transfers for this club, THIS ONE seems the most attainable.
No, this isn't, it's still a great mystery on how exactly do we finance this transfer, and no matter how it's in truth quite scary and we could only hope that it won't bite us back in the future.

And I'm not just talking about the club cash flow here, this is juve and Italy, there are a lot of juve haters there that will look for every possible weakness points on this, and given how not so honest cr7 about his own personal financial stuffs (does he? Or was it only Messi? Or Neymar?), for example, this maybe troublesome in the future. Make no mistake here, this is a truly head turner move in every possible ways.

And speaking about financing this move, I'd guess letting buffon go to PSG is maybe sort of our compliment to them after all, lol, because it was them that opened the pandora box with Neymar transfer dealing. Obviously if Exor helps us in this transfer, it's because they saw what PSG did.

It may seem obvious, but the more I think about this transfer, the more it seems like a pure business decision than ‘just a transfer’ like any other. It doesn’t make it any less exciting of course.

We know that Exor generally leaves Juve to their own devices. If they really cared about Juve winning the CL they would’ve opened the cheque book to sign defenders and midfielders already or whoever else in previous seasons.

As great as Ronaldo is, from a pure footballing perspective, I wouldn’t be sure if signing him for the gigantic cost would be worth it just to win the CL, especially given his age. It may be a few years yet but he will decline eventually.

It seems like a fairly atypical move of Marotta/Paratici and Agnelli. Yes we did sign Higuain for 90m but we also sold Pogba for 105m and Higuain was 28 when we signed him. This transfer is on a different level of cost to that one.

When looking at it from the overall perspective with Exor, it would seem that they consider the outlay for him worth it when looking at his marketing appeal across the Exor portfolio of companies. It may help them to break into new markets and increase revenue for many years down the line.

Essentially what I’m saying is that this is an off the pitch decision rather than an on the pitch one. Exor are looking at it as a decision that will purely benefit them financially.

Comparatively, paying for a few new ‘normal’ transfers to help Juve win the CL would likely be of negative return for them, hence why we never see it happen.

For this reason I think we can have greater belief that the transfer will happen, assuming all the Exor rumours are true. Which they are probably are as Juve alone probably couldn’t afford CR7.

I’m fappin’ :tuttosport: :tuttosport: :tuttosport:

mmm....
July 23rd 2017 was when we played Barca in our preseason tour, and Neymar scored twice. I could not find the exact quote anywhere but it's natural to praise good players of the opposition that you are playing against, not the one you played 2 months ago.

You are most likely right. He will help us for sure on the field, but like you said, the reason exxor helped us finally is because elkann is seeing the benefit it will bring to the branches of exxor. Otherwise he would have never Lost money on this one

I don't get fans like you.

You moan and complain because we lacj attacking prowess and don't sign top players.

And when we do - literally the best player - you also moan and complain.

What do you want in life?

Pathetic chiwawas.

I know you guys are excited about this deal, but please don't bust @AndreaCristiano's balls for no reason. First because he was the first one who brought this news to Tuz so he deserves some respect for sure, and secondly because I think he brings a new dimension to the forum. We don't often see eye to eye, but please chill out a let's enjoy this beautiful moment together as Juve fans. :sheik:

Retards like you need to read what was actually posted. I'm not complaining against the transfer, in fact in my mind it's already done deal and dusted. I merely stated concern about politics and socio economy side of this transfer.

Ffs, nevermind Calciopoli, remember Conte's and Carrera's "scandals" ??? :sergio:
