I don't know all these rules but I read if you're under -100m in buys-sells you good.

I'm typing on the phone right now so I will check when I get home, but I think -30 is the limit you can't be under. Don't remember if that is year to year, though, or after a 3 year period or something.

We've never had a reason to check it out, cause our management be stellar
