Juve can not buy verratti but he seems he is not going nowhere. PSG wants him so bad he even apologised behalf of his agent. To be fair it is PSG who made him who he is today. Stay there young fella don't go anywhere antil Juve get you.
I posted the video in the non-juve rumors thread.

If Verratti wants to leave, he can. Just don't renew, and in 2 years, when his contract has 2 years left only, PSG will have to sell him.

If he renews again this year, and does that again next summer, then he's a moron.

They don't wanna sell him right now they rejected a good deal from Barca. I don't want him to go to Spain let along Barcelona because I never seen an Italian who made to the top in Spain. And he wants to play for Juve so it better that he stays where he is now. The fans love him

If he doesn't renew, in 2 years PSG will sell. No sane club will wait for a player to leave for free.

And he really wanted to join Barcelona this summer. People should not just forget that.

As for the fans............... While I accept his apologizes because what happened today was horrible (his agent said he was the prisoner of the Qatar's Emir, I'm not sure people understand what happened today, and how terrible that statement was), many PSG fans don't.

Many messages on twitter, and forums saying they won't forgive him about what happened this summer.

He can't just come out and say "Sooooooooorry, Teh Heh".

France is not a western country in many, many many cases then.

As I said, there are lots and lots of laws here to regulate all that.

And footballers, football clubs, have to abide by a lot of the same laws here btw. For example, when a club tried to cut or retain the salary of a player that did something bad, not even for 5 min, it couldn't, because in France, you can't play with the salary of somebody on a whim whatever the job, whatever the sector, whatever who your company is, big or little.

Same about why there's no release clause in contract in France. That's not football related at the base.

So let's agree to disagree. I don't know where you live, but your laws and regulations are definitely not the same, so we won't understand each other.

Lats thing tho, France is a western country, and one amongs the ones that protect companies, and employees the most in the world. And I'm fine with that even if I understand people from some countries would cry because there's less "freedom". To which I reply I prefer more regulations, than too much freedom where people, and companies do whatever they want without caring.
So in France if you have a contract for 5 years you can't resign? No matter what? Not even giving a 2 weeks notice? Or because you want to take a sabbatical year to travel?

I am from Ecuador and we also have a heavily regulated job market that protects the employee but if any company wants to fire you, they are able to do so. Like I said, depending on the reason for being fired you can get a monetary compensation or not.

Likewise an employee can resign anytime they want. You usually have to give a two weeks notice but no law is gonna force you to stay against your will.
