He is a good player but not one that I want in our Juve... I mean there are all sort of players there are the first tier of players with names like Di Maria Robben James Sanchez and etc..
There are the 2nd tier which we are usually linked with such as D.Costa Bernardeschi , there is the tier of promising but not complete there yet which you can say is 2nd/3rd tier depends on the players and then there is the tier of players like Perisic which are good players but not the ones you need in order to improve..
That being said those players are also the kind that perform against us

Do you compare Tolisso to Matuidi?! Tolisso is a much more attacking player than Matuidi while Matuidi is less likely to score but has other characteristics such as (better defensively) and better moving the ball
