None because our general director of sport is idiot, good luck with di maria, guy who doesnt have resell value and hits 30,and with headless chicken named Douglas Costa, omg wish i can kill the madman before he signs those deals
Why are you acting like Marotta hasn't done a great job every transfer window, and is a huge part we've been so successful, just learn to trust him for once

manzu cause he wanted first team..
Kroos wanted high salary (above their policy) and they did not like his approach for the new contract.
And Douglas Costa wants to go because he's not happy, though the feeling is mutual it seems.

Aren't you forgetting the 45 we still owe for Higuain and the 17 for Benatia? Also, the 20 we owe for Cuadrado.
If you want to count the 45m for Higuain, you have to Factor in all the players who was paid in installments, which means pretty much everybody. Pogbas transfer was in two installments to so we get the second part of the transfer fee this year.

Douglas costa won't improve further than his performances for bayern last year. Better give a chance of Keita/Berardi/Bernardeschi who have a lot more potential. Costa is not an improvement over Cuadrado
DC was one of the best wingers in Europe last year. If he can replicate that form he would be the best possible candidate.

@LEONIDAS all of them are great options with big potential.
Luan is great.
Talisca better than Higgy. a killer finish.
Arthur can be a starter any day.
Pedrinho, can buy and loan, seems like he needs to learn a lot of game understanding.

Would prefer to get most of the following this summer
Conti, De Sciglio, Tolisso, Verratti, Bernardeschi, Schick and maybe one surprise huge player like Sanchez, di Maria or James if we have the change and will (like we did with Higuain).
Anyone has an idea how likely each of these are?
Why De Sciglio when Spinazzola is already ours and had a fantastic season at Atalanta??

Because he simply fuc*ked up big time many occasions(cuadrado, Higuain, benatia), do you want me to elaborate if you want i would be glad to explain why i think like that

(last is a stretch, but they ditched him for nothing, and he went on to be instrumental in winning CL final vs them immediately).
Think i read above some guy gave the right information why they sold kroos and hummels, about Lucio wont speak cause it happened nearly a decade ago...Its pointless

Same question bud, guy is wasting money like crazy for stupid signings instead of buying what we need actually, without wasting money he could buy whatever we really need, this way we will again come up short, one-two players of a complete team as always

Too many people are overreacting to the performance in the final. It was one game, and it doesn't cancel out all the good things we've seen through the season.

However it does highlight our problems and the limitations of an improvised formation which was put together to compensate for the squads weaknesses, but which at the same time created a weakness in depth. The success we had with that formation should be taken as a positive reflection of the capabilities of our squad.

Many have said we had a good first half. I don't think so. We got drawn into playing Madrids midfield game, when we should have stayed compact and made them come on to us. Dybala was drawn into the midfield battle and squeezed out of the game, and one of our defenders was constantly having to move forward to join the battle. Even when we got the goal it wasn't from our standard build up, but from Mandzukic receiving the ball and producing a moment of brilliance - all good, but Madrid had more players in their correct positions to do this, while Dybala who is our best player in this respect was in the position where he was trying to make the incisive pass rather than receive it.

In so far as this affects our transfer campaign I believe there is no need to panic. We have good players, and with proper strategic planning we can add a couple of players who will make the difference. This isn't as much of a disaster as some are making it out to be. I understand why people are upset though, it was a horrible game - I went back to my hotel room and threw up after.

I have three main issues I want the board to address. No more 3 man defence. No more selecting attacking players for their defensive capability - I love what Mandzukic did this season, but if we need an extra defensive body in the middle of the pitch play an extra midfielder. No more moving Dybala away from goal. If you want a number 10 making incisive passes get one.

I've said before I'd be happy with 2 mids and Keita for a 4-3-2-1, but a 4-3-1-2 with Bernadeschi might be even better as he would be more able to help control the midfield. But the most important thing is for the board to sit down with Allegri, settle on an approach and see it through so we don't have to improvise another formation.

Sorry for the long post, but I see people here losing sight of how good the team actually are. We need to improve, but we didn't turn into a mid level team overnight.

I don't get why we aren't even linked with Alexis. He would be a perfect signing, world class, hard working and Serie A proven. And don't tell me wages etc. because we are linked with players like Di Maria and James that would be very expensive as well.

Our first half saw us create 4-5 chances before real madrid's first chance=goal.

Because our midfield is 50% black particle dogshit, we forget to pick up some guy called Ronaldo, i heard i sometimes scores a goal, and we came behind.

if we had continue'd, we would have opened the scoring and we'd have a different second half.

I cant stress enough just how important it is when you play a 4-2-3-1 or variant that both CM's can stand up to the task and aid each other. If one completely goes missing like black particle dogshit, then a prime player like Pjanic isnt fucking gonna make it against Modric and Kroos, and it allows Casemiro to mark Dybala out of the game.

We need a new CM.

Here is the deal. Nainggolan has a head full of rotting leaves. He's a shitbag that will someday finally get killed by a fan's knife. But if he had partnered Pjanic, we would have won the final.

Getting linked doesnt mean we are actually doing anything. It means the media wants to sell papers.
