 Way to misinterpret what I said. Would you be happy with such signings? Come on man. You are better than this.

Now, compare that to Keita Balde, Schick (stays on loan at Samp for another season), and Fabinho. Which is better? Net spend of 90 million or less, and we haven't sold anyone yet. Next season, we can go for one of Goretzka or Milinkovic Savic, and Conti from Atalanta :klin:
Does it really matter if the team wins and Max can make it work?

yeah vs Lyon in the group stage. hes been doing great overall, but hasnt been in great form recently, among the reasons we changed formation and benched him lately. but he has that unpredictable side about him which i love. di Maria would bench him if he came here, but Angel can play both sides and would allow us to rotate more, so Cuadrado would still play a lot. but the main thing is, having a guy like him come off the bench in CL knockout games would be a huge advantage for us

What choice would any of you prefer, Sturaro + Lemina + Schick / Keita or James / Sanchez / Di Maria? The net spent would be minimal and the wage increase could be sorted by jerseys sales and other misc stuff.

Sure thing. My question is what scenario would you choose? Keep Sturaro and Lemina (hypothetical loss of 30m for both) and spend around 25m for Keita / Schick or spend the same amount on a WC player? Keeping players that don't play, that aren't fantastic prospects and don't offer much to the team is a waste. My point is if we sell Stu + Lem and don't opt for a young talented sub, we can afford a WC player without selling a top payer.

People tend to say James / Di Maria / Sanchez / are impossible targets and I'm pointing out that with a small sacrifice, it can be done. I'd rather have a WC player here instead of Stu + Lem and a prospect that will be at most a bench player.

i want di Maria, Fabinho, DeS/Conti, Spazzolino and Schick, so when those names start changing and the ones i mentioned pop up, please dont change them anymore :numnum:
no PSG players will be mentioned. Fabinho is the flavour of the month from some gurus.

id choose the 2nd, in which we sell Lemina and Sturaro and sign di Maria. the thing is however, i think we can get di Maria without ANY sacrifices, provided his wages arent higher than 5M a season. and i can see Lemina leave anyway, regardless of who we sign. Sturaro i can see stay. ideally, Licht would join Lemina in leaving, and one of Asamoah/Sturaro too, so i think we definitely could afford a di Maria or James

what 2-3 CMs do you see as most likely to join? dont tell me Nzonzi is the favorite, since he extended his contract recently with a bigger clause?

    did he?

    What about Nainggolan? :D

Well there's still Tolisso even if some say we gave up on him. Why not Saul? :mute:
