Bernando Silva will cost 50m+ and he'll bench cuadrado.
We also need a player aas mandzukic backup. someone like anderson, keita, Brant, lemar, d.costa.

We should buy 4 wingers + mandzukic.
If we need to rest Higuain we can play Mandzukic as number 9.
If we need to rest Dybala we can play Pjanic/B.Silva for example and play a diffrent CM/RW depending on who replaces dybala.
lol

He would be perfect for both roles, but too expensive for backup role. He is good enough to bench Cuadrado, that is if we didnt have an AM like Dybala but different type. He is pretty similar in style to Dybala, would be kinda odd to see them drift to same areas.
He would need to move without the ball more when playing with Dybala and they would need to develop great understanding to learn who moves where and when, but i think after a while they would figure out how to play together

My priorities would be:
-Attacking Midfielder
-Left Footed Winger
-Right Fullback
-Defensive Midfielder

We achieve that with 3 players:
-Lemar (LM/LAM)
-James (CAM/SS)
-Fabinho (CDM/RB)

Fabinho to me is a must-sign. We're weak in both RB for the future, and CDM. He can play both positions splendidly.

He wont be a backup lol.. He would be a starter but not a regular one as he will rotate with Cuadrado to maintain form&both could rest a bit.. He would fill in for Dybala when needed...
For example we start Silva Dybala LW and then we decide to sub Dybala->Silva will take his place and Cuad will take Silva`s role... He would be a very good buy
Honestly if he costs over 50M we could also go for James who can play LW and AM which means he will take Mandzukic role which is better IMO
Our weakest position IMO is LW where we have Mandzukic who is a very good player but not really a WC winger... Cuad really developed and seems to making a more reasonable decisions...
Honestly both could be upgraded as Cuad lacks 2 things in his game: 1. being deadly 2. have that smart key passes
Mandzukic has lots of abilities but not ones of a proper winger which help us and hurt us at the same time...
Mandzukic is definitely more deadly than Cuad but we can improve on that as well + We can get someone who is far better at dribbling - Lemar could be a very good option given his skill set and age. He is not the only option of course but we can definitely use some interesting wingers
Pjaca - Very talented but seems like an injury prone player and we cant just rely on him..

As for Fabinho - Im definitely a fan but he seems more of a CDM than a RB at Monaco - How many games did he play RB there?

James can, and has before. The only issue is the work rate. Can James work hard enough defensively to play a Cuadrado role? Silva can. James, not sure.
In any other league James would probably be preferred on the right due to his ability to cut in. But with this team workrate needs to be right. He won't provide the same cover as Cuadrado, that is for sure, but Cuadrado is also one of the fastest players on the team.

Why would you guys want James? he's a great player but will cost 60M at least... and we don't really need him. we need cutting wingers.

Give me Sanzhez and Fabinho and I will fap till the end of days.

I'll take anyone Beppe brings. Blind trust there.

Wishlist:
Sanchez/Bernardeschi
Veratti
Donna
Youth (Caladara, Bentacour...however you spell their names)

Done.

There are probably others but their names slip my mind atm.

A cutting winger is one of his main positions. He's not extremely pacy. But he is extremely talented, tricky, intelligent with a world class left foot. He played on the right side quite a bit for Monaco, and was very effective.
I'm assuming when you say cutting that you mean a guy who can cut in from the wing to shoot. Well that is James.

He'll also be a tremendous boost on the commercial side of things too. Dude is insanely popular in Latin America.

James is a #10 and although he can play on the wing, it's not his specialty... but yeah he's better than most obviously.
I prefer Di Maria, B.Silva or even Mahrez or Willian or the right side,
Sanchez, Reus, Mertens, Carrasco on the left.... not the most realistic but I think we can get most of those guys.

I prefer him in a #10 too, but fact is he has been used as a RW or LW A LOT.

RW: 67 Games Played, 24 goals, 23 assists (~35% of the time)
LW: 42 Games Played, 17 goals, 14 assists (~22% of the time)
CAM: 65 Games Played, 17 goals, 26 assists (~34% of the time)
CM: 19 Games Played, 6 goals, and 13 assists (~10% of the time)

Meaning he's played as a winger ~56% of the time. And on the right, he's generally more productive there too.

The most important conclusion to draw here is that regardless of the position, he is effective.

People don't like him on the wing because he's not pacey. But you know who else isn't pacey? Mandzukic.
