Playing in a midfield duo doesn't require to be that mobile. It's more important to be able to play fast and to keep the ball under pressure.

That kuscevic guy does not look promising. He let's the ball drift too far to the outside without anybody pressuring him and then he plays the long ball with a weird positioning towards the ball which leads to imprecise long balls straight to the opposite defense.
