I would like to see our youth players on the bench to replace Sturaros, Rincons, Leminas of the world. We're paying solid money for players who are projected to play v Crotone, Chievo, Bologna and teams like that. I'd like to see Mandragora, Orsolini and maybe someone else against these clubs. And ofc to sell these 3 and few more and to add more money and spend on players who can have an instant impact. We'd loan Kean to fuck knows who if there wasn't for fat piece of shit Raiola.
We just need more aggresive and explosive defensive CM. Personally I would like us to play something like 4312. With the MF of Pjanic, Marchisio and new MF. Khedira could rotate with Claudio. Give RB and LB (Dani and Sandro) more freedom to attack and buy someone like James/Sanchez/Hamsik or even Di Maria to play behind HD.
Yes Yes and Yes, even maybe some of those youngsters will break into starting 11, we need to give them a chance, from what i saw of Orsolini the guy is very talented, quick feet, great 1on1How many youth players have we actually developed since Marchisio?
Even Barca cant develop youth these days.
Not saying we should stick with the Asamoahs, Rincons and Sturaros, BUT youth players also need to play not sit on bench. See, we cant even give Rugani enough minutes and we are one of the few teams who plays 3 central defenders.
The youth thing is long term. We have a squad here which needs 2 top quality additions to win the CL next 2 years.
Real Madrid who win the CL 3x last 4 years is not winning it thanks to youth development. They go and buy quality players who already are quality and right age, they dont go buy quality youth. And thats why now is time for us also go buy players who can deliver right now, not in 3 years time when the Buffons are retired and Bonuccis are past it age wise.
Even Barca cant develop youth these days.

Real has almost no youth developed players in their XI (only Carvajal in the starting XI), we can put Morata and Asenssio there only squad wise. And neither is their key player. Morata gets 10mins game time under Zidane. All their key players were bought, their bench is not youth development.
