guys hear me out

instead of all these wingers, juve go for bernardo silva

why? well he wants new challenge. he is incredible with the ball for possession based systems. comfortable playing as a winger or behind the strikers

man city tend to let players go for cheap who want to leave. his wages might be issue, but he might be willing to lower them for new challenge.

he doesn't score or assist a lot, but what he brings in playmaking and possession and handling pressing makes up for his stats

Bashes Giuntoli for trying to reinforce almost entire starting eleven with a limited budget

Recommends club to sign 30 year old player on high wages + likely high transfer fee

Typical out of touch with reality post on Tuz. One too many in this mercato.

dude you are right my bad.

.so glad juve is going for the more economically budget friendly option of koop at 60m plus high wages instead of the world class silva at 40m plus high wages.

also you going to tell me about limited budgets when your precious guintoli paid money to sign a 4th goalie when 3 already there in squad. but thats ok right?

We had to sign a goalie this year or the next. De Gregorio was a market opportunity. Cheap wages, best GK in the league last season and a long term investment for a very reasonable sum.

Koop for 60M? I'd like to talk about signings that have already happened. At the moment we are still a long way away from signing him especially at that price.

Bernardo for 40M? Again, creating an imaginary situation in your head given that he signed an extension last year making him one of the highest paid players in the team but sure, he looks like he wants a 'new challenge'

you had to sign a goalie. had to? but there are 3 in the squad so you didn't have to sign anyone before selling existing goalie.

has goalie been sold yet? no so you didn't have to. so now the squad has 4 goalies with none being sold.

also you cannot and i meant cannot with a serious face talk about market opportunity and then turn around say you have limited budget. if your budget is limited you sign players you need not market opportunity

Why so angry about getting DiGregorio? Let’s dive deep down and find the real root of it, were you one of those hoping Perin will be #1 after Tek moves on or don’t tell me you’ve been a Tek fanboy all along and annoyed at seeing him being forced out like this lol

Ok now i got it, so basically if you care so much about money you definitely would’ve wanted us to just stick to Perin because much cheaper and you rate him a.k.a you angry because of it and lashing at DiGregorio for it.

Makes sense.

Have you seen how many GK's chelsea have? They've signed 4 under the Boehly era including the one they just signed another one today Jorgensen

I agree, with a limited budget Di Gregorio wasn't the most necessary signing
It's amazing anyone falls for that shtick. Let alone you Matt.

Di Gregorio is first goalie, chosen as best goalie of Serie A last season, and he is loan with obligation, costing club 4m this summer, and 14m later future. That's not at all expensive, for a long term starting position.

Woj is defenitely gone summer most likely, wether its Saudis or Monza. And contract expires next summer so needed replacing for sure.

Counting Perin, who will play only cup games after January, or Pinsoglio, a locker room cheerleader who only plays last half of the season each time. Either of them is pointless to bring up.

It's between Woj and De Gregorio, and they want a new first team goalie because it's time to move on Woj for sure. And thank him for his service.

How are we gonna pretend 4+14 loan with obligation is some earth shattering expenditure? In a position that is the most long term and most consistent in every team. He is here to stay for quite a well, aslong as he keeps up what he showed from last season.

There's things to question, like how we handling the Chiesa or Mckennie sitautions, or allowed Roma to get all the leverage in the negotiations for Soule, showed we were desperate and eager to take on their terms.

But getting a permanent new 1st goalie for reasonable sum that's basically set up as delayed payment? That's defenitely not an issue but something that was needed to be addressed with Woj expiring contract plus age.

Point is that he is initially a loan with obligation so we are not even investing that much this summer while potentially saving on the huge wage that Sczcesny is making that could then be used to pay at least one more player on top of DiGregorio’s wages, all this aside from the fact we got ourselves a long term GK on reasonable wages.

There’s still time to ship him off, we’ll eventually find a solution even if without a transfer fee.

Pedulla suggesting Djalo could be loaned out if/when Todibo gets finalized. Says they also like Cabal as a CB.

He didn’t mention it, but Facu and Savona have both looked good too, one of them could stay imo.

.
woj gone summer? which summer you mean this summer? cuz july is done and he still here. so you wrong.

again with this he is amazing goalie and small loan delayed shit. listen. YOU and your posse of "this club so broke" keep saying club needs to sell. club needs to sell for plusvalenza. club needs to sell for wage structure. but then turn around and say 18m for a goalie when the 3 already in squad not sold yet is no big deal

listen to yourself. club is broke. club needs to sell players to make money. club signs a 4th goalie. no big deal. club is broke. club wastes money no big deal.
