Juventus has decided to stay with their current attacking lineup, as they are pleased with their work in the transfer market and Mbangula's performance. Therefore, Juve is delighted with their incoming transfers and has pulled out of the final race for Sancho, especially considering the high costs of the deal.

hear me out. instead of a vice vlahovic, trade vlahovic for harry kane.

kane's salary isn't much higher than vlahovic only 2.5m more.

but he is the perfect targetman, and can play a false 9 better than anyone with way he drops back deep.

plus it would make me happy to finally see harry somehwere he can win trophies at.

Harry Kane is 31 years old and Vlahovic is 24. Kane is probably the better striker at the moment agreed but not sure for how long.

In any case, no way this is happening especially in the last day of the window.

wouldn’t be surprised if we cashed in on Dusan in the next summer window though

could always revisit the roster in the winter. Let’s see how Mbangula and Adzic play given space. See if Anghele can make the leap. Etc etc. I don’t see any urgent needs that need to be addressed tomorrow, but there are some questions that will really only be answered over time.

Based on my initial calculations, after selling Chiesa and letting Djalo go on loan (Kostic sticks around for now) and no Sancho…..

The net spend is around 60-70m pre bonuses or around 80 including bonuses.

However, amortisation charges in total will be up by around 10m gross. But check this out….. gross wages are DOWN by 20m. So actually this mercato is beneficial to the P&L.

In addition, we will be booking over 70m in net plusvulenza this year.

Keep this in mind when you rate the mercato.

Giuntoli has upgraded the squad with an income statement benefit which is pretty extraordinary.

New Champions: the opponents of the 5 Italians. #Juve and #Inter against #ManCity. #Ancelotti and Chiesa for #Milan.

#Lille and #AstonVilla revivals for #Weah and #DouglasLuiz. #Atalanta against the big Spanish clubs. The Anfield thrill for #Bologna. Tomorrow the calendar. Conference: Viola (with 9 players) advanced through penalty shootouts.

Last day of mercato

Didn't they spread his salary over more years/extended his contract? In any case I think Dusan is earning way too much compared to the rest of the squad and this is a signal that he will always be on the market if someone makes a good offer. I'm excited to see how Dusan will do in this new Juventus but he will need to score 25-30 goals this season for me to think he is off the market next year
