Imagine if we sacrifice next two seasons instead of Allegri. Let's be fair here though if some players blame entirely their bad season because of Allegri they should first have a close look at their attitude in the first place.

Yes and No. You are a winger and your clown coach asks you to track back and play as a wingback. How the fuck would you feel? That's why we have positions. Fuck this versatility BS - De Shitlio is versatile but he's equally trash at every position he's capable of filling. It's the same with positionless basketball - yeah, I'd love to see a 6"5 hooting guard attempting to play center.

All this would have been fine and unquestionable but for his injury. Why can't they offer him a small increase that goes to what he wants after say, 30 games next season?

Shades of Dybala with this, but Chiesa's ACL is infinitely more worrying. Dybala you know is going to get niggly muscular injuries, and so is unreliable, but will be good for 25 games at least.
