And? Liverpool are in the Europa and yet they've bought in good players this summer. We didn't suddenly become chievo overnight, although Allegri and co are slowly turning us that way
Lol did you just compare us to Liverpool, a rich EPL team? I see you have not reached the 5th stage.
Dude we need CL money to operate. EPL teams don’t.

If we can afford to splash 40+mill on lukaku we can make an offer for David, irrelevant of which European competition if any we are in.
While I agree Id prefer others to Lukaku you also need to think what our coach wants and Lukaku fits the bill and is proven in Serie A. The idea is to improve the team and Vlahovic is gone should we get Lukaku. Lukaku represent a reliable forward while we still have cash to improve the side.
J.David could do well and even be the player we want but when we take the team and are so desperate to improve I guess it makes sense, even if I dont like it.

Think about what Allegri wants? man he's had 2 years of getting who he wants and failed. Whats another year to him? With a bit of luck Allegri will be gone within a year then what? Next coach doesn't want Lukaku, but we're stuck with him, at least if we sign someone younger with promise he has resale value. Lukaku is anything but a reliable forward, he was injured for something like 18 games last season, disappeared from the big games, imagine that culminated with being coached by this terrorist of a coach in Allegri, oh it just reeks of another transfer failure waiting to happen.

You know that it's a shit move when even Football Italia recognise the stupidity:

https://football-italia.net/editorial-why-juventus-shouldnt-sign-chelsea-striker-lukaku/

"Lukaku has clearly shown his true colours on a number of occasions throughout his career and Juventus should seriously reconsider their interest in him, lest they become his latest victim."

He's butthurt, but probably not wrong. Lukaku is a mercenary but that's modern football.

Victim? Inda sold him for 100m only to get him on loan a year later. If that’s being a victim then sign me up.
Click bait Football Italia is a bastion of reason now?

I wouldn’t be against Lukaku.

Not really a fan favorite, but way better than Vlaho as a player
Hahahahahahaha. Way better  :howler:

Go back to your cave. It's not 2015 anymore.

Lolcacku is done. He's been regressing, and he was never that good to begin with. A limited flat track bully with a proven record of choking on the biggest stages.

i'd sell vlahovic for anything above 80m, easy. he's performing way below expectations, price tag and wages

but if lukaku is the replacement, hell no
If we get our money back I don't mind so much.

But the guy is a fucking beast. Fuck last season. Nobody besides Danilo was good. He's obviously going to immediately regain his form elsewhere.

He's not the one who should leave.
