My perspective is the opposite.

The club let a key player basically walk - i think that is where the famous Beppe quote "the will of the player" originated

we never replaced what Carlitos provided in stats, productivity, passion and edge.

in return we received two long bets. vadala never saw the light of day in our stripes (like most youth prospects), while bentancur (depending on who you ask) has either failed to live up to expectations or is meeting them at the low bar that we obviously didn't realize back in 2015. The sell-on share clause is salt in the wound. 40% of 10m vs 25m is still a large portion either way. It's poor business without the hindsight
This. A sheer marotta masterstroke.

0% chance we're getting G.Jesus. Much likely alternative is Raspadori. Emerson seems on his way out of Chelsea. We can make a loan deal with Chelsea. Locatelli is a target. Loan with obligation to buy maybe. Expect some players to go the other way. And I'll believe Donnarumma is ours until I see him in a PSG jersey. He'll reject Paris's 10m for our 8m. We need a goalkeeper instead of Buffon.

Also expecting some out of the blue signings. Something like McKenny.

Sassuolo will probably want 20-30 mill for raspadori, when you take into perspective how much they wanted for scamacca in January, only now raspadori is in the euros. I cant see us paying that

I dont think he is lolzilian type persé, more of issue that he is simply not good enough scorer for a forward. Was it last world cup or copa america, where he started for Brasil pretty much all games as their 9, and didnt even attempt shots for them? We have Morata whos' enough of an issue in being an underwhelming underperformer infront of goal half the season. We dont need a full time underperformer infront of goal, no matter how good he looks on the ball.
Yea no thanks. If we are getting rid of CR7 then we need a consistent goalscorer. CR7 has been quite a bit of the goals in this team for a while and Morata is not that consistent

From what I saw of Raspadori so far, I wouldn't mind having him in our roster at all...

Also, between the Brazilian Jesus, Icardi and Vlahovic I would definitely go for the Serbian, he was setting records as teenager in important Balkan club like Partizan, had a great season, loved him even the season before when he scored that late equaliser Vs inter...

I imagine that all three of them would cost pretty much the same amount of money, between 50-60, so if it's one of them I want Vlahovic...

If it's not possible I would like the club to bet on a young player from a smaller league, anything from Malen and Boadu in Eredivisie to Daka from Salzburg and that kid Hlozek or whatever his name is from Sparta Praha, he had a nasty injury this season and still managed 15 goals and around 10 assists in 20 games, last season he did well too and he is still only 18! West ham was after him the last time I checked, 20 mil was the reported price...

A massive player or hopefully two in midfield and I'll be more than ok with less known 18-22 y old young gun as a striker for a smaller price.

Raspadori has no bussiness moving anywhere. He has barely played for Sassoulo over whole season. Needs to stay and establish himself there first.
He seems interested so I wouldnt mind signing and keep him on loan for a season or two..

Signing Gabriel Jesus could go either way, but I'd say he is a big risk and more likely to be an expensive flop than a success.
Considering Allegri`s typical players and system I agree. In any case we need a Vlahovic more than we need a G.J

You all think it's so easy with the rules and restraints Juventus has with taxation and budgets. This isn't football manager it's reality. Italy isn't Spain or England the structure is very different. You all think they can do what those teams do but they can't. The sooner you realize that the sooner you will understand why it's so hard for an Italian team to win CL
I realize that we are paying ridiculous sums of wages for players that contribute close to nothing and that has nothing to do with all that you mentioned. The sooner you realize that our management(S) have been taking wrong decisions for the past four or five years, the sooner you will understand why we will never win a CL.

The management makes the decisions it can within the frame work that is given to them. With wage restrictions, ridiculous taxation on footballers and insanely stupid distribution of tv money
