Hmm, lets see now...
- Would probably be expensive
- Kinda one-dimensional
- Reliant on service that will never be provided at the moment
- Is not a midfielder
- Would probably demand a high salary
- Benched by Kean
- Is human garbage
- Is not a midfielder
- Wife is annoying
- Is not a midfielder
- Is not a midfielder

So in conclusion, fuck Icardi. And for these reasons,

EDIT: I forgot to mention one more thing:
- Is not a midfielder

Literally every time someone mentions Icardi you go on and on about how amazing a signing he would be. And every time someone praised Morata you go on and on about how trash he is.

So... we in the same boat together, bro. Just on opposite sides ;)
I actually said I'd excted Morata's loan so that's BS.

As for Icardi, again, that's wrong. I'm "defending" when somebody mentions he's a shit striker because it makes zero sense. And, like I said numerous times, I would never make Icardi a priority.

No to Icardi from me.

I was all for him when he was leaving Inter but watching him at PSG really turned me off. Even whinier than Dybala and not even as half as decisive as him.

The only way I'd go for him is in straight swap for Arthur. Unlike Arthur he'd at least offer some goal contributions.

Lol, half his goals were in domestic cup comps against absolute trash.

He had 7 goals in about 1300 minutes in league and CL which is absolute trash given he plays in a far better and more creative attacking team than ours. Icardi in front of our shit midfield would be god awful

You wish our inconsistent 28 year old was like that? Are you and Dusan just too lazy to actually look at what these two have done in reality?

Morata had 20 goals - 12 assists in 2823 minutes this year. A goal or assist every 88 minutes.

Icardi’s best season /minute was last year with 20 goals - 4 assists in 2185 minutes. A goal or assist every 91 minutes. His best season as a starter with bigger minutes was 16-17 with 26 goals - 7 assists in 3426 minutes. A goal or assist every 104 minutes.

So... not sure how our 28 year old is somehow worse?
1300 minutes = 14.5 games , he has 7 goals and 5 assists, which is a goal or assist every 108 minutes. Not so bad for his worst season so far. You should compare Morata's strongest season with Icardi's and see what's good.

Also I thought about another inconsistent player, but he is a year younger than 28. My mistake.

To be fair to icardi, he scored the most important goals in them winning the only two trophies this season. In the Coupe de France, he scored the opener when they eliminated Lille, and also scored the opener in the final. In the Supercup, he scored one and won the penalty in a 2-1 win. It wasn't a great season, but injury ridden and being benched majority of the season, cant expect him to shine really.

Having said that, unless it's a cheap loan, no thanks

3 assists in league and CL, bro. Not 5.

And I did compare. Morata > Icardi in /minute stats best year and for Juve career vs Icardi at his clubs. Icardi > Morata in sheer volume.

Look, I think they are similar level players, but I don’t want two ~28 year old players of that level here. One of them is enough. Go for a youngster for the rotation option.

interesting results so far. i thought juventini appreciate de paul a bit more. if it was up to me, i'd take sergej just to piss lotito off. i voted rdp as he's the most decisive player of the 4 nowadays, and i hope we want and can hijack his deal with atleti.

You guys are so picky. It's like we have 300 million transfer budget. Why do you think Agnelli is pushing so much for Super League? We're almost broke!

Like it or not Icarci is a realistic target.

Also, prepare yourselves for more opportunities like Calhanoglu.

According to this are 5

I got you. We have a friendly, civilized discussion for the fun of it. It's not like we are the CEO of Juventus or something :shifty:

OMG, Morata's last season was his best season...
I actually skipped his best season. Madrid 2016-17. He lit things up there which is why Chelsea splashed so much cash on him stupidly. He was mostly a super sub, 20 goals-6 assists in 1873 minutes. But those sub 2000 minute campaigns aren’t really good indicators imo. That’s a crazy 72 minutes/ goal or assist

Look at Mbappe stats... Shit's depressing.

Haaland is even more depressing... Damn

Just to make things simple:
Scoring - Icardi>Morata
Everything else Morata>Icardi
If I have to pick Id definitely go with Morata who is cheaper and an overall better player.

As someone here said lets put our money on improving our midfield.

Pogba and SMS both would be amazing. Unless Ronaldo gets swapped with Pogba, I see RDP as our best possible scenario as we cant really spend that much or at least that what we "know"

Anti Icardi folks should make their own suggestion for a CF. I highly doubt we’re ok with going into season with Dybala and Morata only.
