Ugh.

More penny pinching for the midfield.

Seriously, fuck this management. We never ever fucking learn.

Some people get off on watching porn, others doing extreme sports, but Tootsie and Bozo it seems really have tapped into a niche market for their hard on - mediocre to slightly above average free mids.

But but but we have no money.

Calhanoglu is on 2.5m contract, he's been underpaid for years and is looking to make that back, so he doesn't want to sign a 3.5-4m contract, even if it is a fair offer in Covid times. However, anything over 5m is way too much for this guy, giving him 6.5+ would be overpaying him so much that there's no point in him being free, in the end he'd cost very similar to de Paul with a 30m transfer fee.

Milan don't want to pay Kebaboglu what he wants, and there probably isn't any other club that does, except for Juventus of course.

Like a true hero, we always jump in to save those poor freebie mids, offering them the fat contracts they oh so richly don't deserve - Juventus, the good Samaritan.

Then, 18 months down the line, we wonder why we're stuck with those mids and no one wants to buy them.

We already have an entire midfield that is a manifestation of this philosophy. Let's just add to it - more crap to the shit pile.

Is there anyway to fire Tootsie and Bozo before the market is officially open for business?

It's pretty normal that a player doesn't re-sign so they can get a better deal elsewhere, you pay more for a freebie, but it has to be reasonable. Does he have other options and what are they offering? I don't see how we can keep offering huge salaries, unless we are selling players and hardly paying any transfer fees for anyone.

Goody, more galaticos. @Dru @JCK
another masterclass market opportunity. Tici boys will blame the new coach for not winning scudetto next season despite stacking the roster

TBH I liked him in BuLi as a rising star before his arrival at Bbilan

also, the issues with his exit from Leverkeusen and the fines, suspension (can't recall the details) weren't a good look for him. Not sure if that was the fault of his agent/representatives or his own doing

Udinese are reportedly prepared to lower the asking price for Rodrigo De Paul to €30-35m, alerting Inter, Roma, Juventus, Napoli, Milan and Leeds United.

Do it.......
Wow that's cheap. Let's finish this quick

I can't believe the price is this low. If this is true there is no excuse for not signing him unless RM swoops in. For 30m even if he flops you can sell him for at least 20 again.

Potentially Locatelli and Aouar for 70m, that would be a fantastic start to the mercato.

Bargain. What are we waiting for?

I think Berna should go to Lyon. He’ll do a good job there. Probably about his level. Swap with Aouar. Raspasori would be a good little shout too. Would rather him over Allegri’s adopted child Kean.

europa league juventus

Sczcesny
Cuadrado Deligt Demiral Mendes
Arthur Locatelli
Kulusevski Dybala Chiesa
Vlahovic
Sounds like a Gasperini type of team. Vlahovic is quite strong physically while Kulu might do very well under a coach like him and we all know Dybala would be playing better under Gasperini due to his tendency to play attacking football.

Since its a team for Allegri according to reports 4-2-3-1 isnt the type of formation I expect him to pick. I can see it going to 3-5-2 / 4-3-3 and even a diamond/4-3-1-2 formation.
Maybe this is the reason we are reportedly signing Calhonuglu as we dont really have a real CAM

As for GK - reports say Woj would be sold but they are not too consistent about Donnarumma so is there another GK in our views?

anyway I`d expect something like that from Allegri:
Woj; A.Sandro MDL CB Danilo; Locatelli Rabiot Mck; Chiesa Dybala; Vlahovic/Scamacca/good but not great kind of forward (maybe even Icardi if you believe the Ronaldo Icardi swap thing)
Kulu will probably be on the bench

I really dont see Kean as this great - He is a good goalscorer but he isnt anything special.
He is a good player to have as backup but I dont trust him as the main man. (Yeah Scamacca isnt either while Vlahovic it depends on the coach)
