Add a solid bench to this and add a proper coach and this team will do great.
we can’t afford to pay top players, as we are struggling financially. Romero and Aouar would be great addition. we will have to spend a lot in the transfer market for a replacement if Rabiot and bentancur leave.

Or be with Frenkie. I don't know if the source is reliable. But i wouldn't be shocked if he had second thoughts about joining Juve currently
You're probably right, but I don't see it as a step up leaving Juventus for Barcelona right now.

Things can go fast in football, but they're not what they used to be. So are Juve not as well, but they're still in much deeper shit than you imo. Especially because of their finances.

Just take us as an example, we looked clueless in the last half of 2018 under Kovac and the same with spring 2019. I never thought we would win the CL just a year after as we looked so far away from even competing.

If you get the right people in charge and make the right signings then a lot can change in a short amount of time. And Barca is certainly not the place I'd go right now.

Admittedly are they along with Real Madrid the two most prestigious clubs in world football and probably every players dream, but being prestigious doesn't win you trophies.

Don't see why he would go to that sinking ship, it can only be for wages.
We are as big a sinking ship as them right now. Both clubs are in shitty situations to the point that it doesn't make sense for their brightest talents to swap for either of these two clubs.

Barca generate nearly a billion in revenue. We'd be lucky to generate half of that right now.

These rich football clubs will eventually find a way to sustain themselves at the top. Their protected status, their leverage with Spanish banks will all help them get them out of their current mess. Or maybe some Arab will bankroll them with a dodgy sponsorship deal. They will find a way for sure. Just like Real Madrid.

We have a long way to go to even get to that level and have the same leverage of these elite clubs.
