It's a tough question.

My guess is that we'll play Morata - Ronaldo - Chiesa for majority of our matches next season, so I don't think we'll invest much of that money for our FW line. I do see us getting Scamacca to be our rotational choice. I think we'll invest that money in midfield and possibly a left back.
