Why the fuck would we need Bellerin? We already have a logjam at RB with Danilo and Cuadrado, with both deserving of starting. Gosens should be the focus. Or can we bring back Spinazzola? God I hated that move then, and even more now.

Spinazzola would be so good in our current setup. HIs last two seasons seem to have him gotten past his injuries troubles. Now he is a key player for Roma and an ideal LWB for Pirlo's system.

That deal is really not looking good in hindsight.

We should at least bring back Luca P though, he is worth a shot and is only 21. Looked very good for Cagliari and Roma, less so for a poor Genoa but at least he was their LWB starter until his injury.

He took some games to settle but now is having an excellent season. No brainer move from Atalanta. At this rate Romero will attract interest from every big team looking for a CB. His style as a hard tackler physical CB in the center of a back 3 is pretty comfortable I would say. In a back two its less clear that he would keep this level.

it always looked retarted. spina had issues with positioning, but going forward, he always was a very good player, and we were always short of homegrown guys. he could have been a very solid squad player and a decent impact sub for 10 years. he also looked loyal and i think he really felt honored by the opportunity to wear the jersey. fucking idiotic move.

pellegrini is half the player unfortunately, especially in the attacking phase. he'd probably be slightly better than frabotta, but we should do better than these.

I remember when Sassuolo signed Traore there was a lot of talk of synergy with Juve. The kind of deal that would have been a co-ownership in the past. I hope it's true and we take advantage of it. This is one ultra hyped football family.

It reminds me a bit of the Mandragora rumors a year ago, they were similar and sources like TuttoJuve already said we would buy him. Traore’s agent is certainly pushing for this move.

I also remember a few year ago they we worked together with Sassuolo to bring him there. With Demiral we probably did the same thing, although it stayed under the radar.

Yes I can confirm what you’re saying about last year. I didn’t see a lot Genoa this year, but he started great last season with Cagliari. All of them had a good start, with Joao Pedro leading the pack. After a great start they went in a dip and it ultimately led to Maran getting sacked.

It’s mostly the defensive phase in which he was struggling. Quite good offensively, his passing needed to improve.

I think we should definitely go for Gosens as well, but as a replacement to Alex Sandro, not to Frabotta/Pellegrini. A starter and a back up at LB.

I'd take the defender that can defend better, improve the midfield in front of LB and that will help the team be more effective on the left flank. Useless if we get a LB that is worse at defending when they still have a shitty midfield . That's a double shot to the face.

Frabotta is cheaper, homegrown but I agree about Gosens. If it were up to me I'd sell Sandro like yesterday, use that money to either get Gosens (plan A) or try to get Pellegrini back (Plan B). Gosens seems the most logical thing to do. Sandro's gotta go.
