Asshole Schnitzel is a 32 year old geezer who's currently recovering from a serious injury:

Axel Witsel suffered a torn achilles tendon during Borussia Dortmund's Bundesliga clash against RB Leipzig in January, and has been out of action since. ... But after months of rehab, he is finally on the verge of making his comeback from injury.

Given his age and our amazing medics, this is a disaster just (TM @Hust ) waiting to happen. Also, he's not that good anyway, notwithstanding the garbage we currently field in midfield.

He already played in the Euros, pal. So that's just wrong. He had a full season prep with Dortmund.

He recently recovered from that injury and is 32 years old. Our medics are the worst, so bringing a 32 year old who recently tore his Achilles tendon is a potential death sentence. I don't think he's that good anyway, and you also mentioned his wages, which are ridiculous. We need to stop reheating cold soup and start shopping for fresh ingredients.

You need money to do that, I'm afraid. And I'd fucking hate it if we lost the scudetto again. Witsel would hand us a big boost in that quest imho.

As far as the injury concerns; he has never been injury prone. I wouldn't always assume one injury makes doomsday happen overnight. If he'd be an agile attacker, sure but athletic ability wise he's about the same as Pirlo when we got him, who also came from a season with injuries.

If someone like Tchouameni is within our reach, yeah, it's a no-brainer over every older fart ofc.

CR7 and McKennie out

Bernardo Silva and Icardi/Belotti in.

yay or nay?
I like it.

Even tho i cant stand Icardi, we need some assholes in this team. Too many beta cucks like Berna and Rabiot here. As long as he doesnt fuck Allegri's wife, its cool i guess.

Belotti: works his ass off at least and he knows the Italian core in our team. Not a "wow" move but i think he could do a job for us.

Bernardo, actually i consider him a baller. Guy is kinda underrated tbh

Bernardo Silva would be crazy. I wanted him here since forever, would be my dream signing. Too bad I dont see City offering him to us in a swap deal, he costs more than CR.

I dont mind Belotti either. A budget version of Mandzukic, only shorter.

Massive downgrade to lose Ronaldo. We should be nowhere near Belotti and Icardi is too limited for a team like us, even ignoring the baggage.
To be fair losing CR would be massive downgrade by itself, whoever we get. But getting Bernardo Silva would be insane transfer. Max prefers good midfield rather than good CF, so it might work, who knows...
