Keep Sandro and try Pellegrini as backup. Why complicate the mercato when there are more urgent problems. Danilo proved to be a perfect third or second option for that position. Otherwise we could offer Hysaj a contract. I doubt that we’ll receive a big offer for Sandro so signing Gosens will cost us.

Focus on the midfield, a LM/LW, and a striker if Ronaldo or Dybala leaves. After that we can see if there’s room for a LB.
Hysaj would be a good pick up, provided he doesn't take a big contract. Can cover both fullback positions when needed

Hysaj is shit bro. Not bad defensively but going forward he's simply useless. Even current AS does more upfront than Hysaj.

Also, putting him as LB is asking for trouble, he looks very odd in there. Danilo does so much better even though he's not a leftie either.

If it's anything, last 2 seasons he plays mostly as a LB. He looked clumsy vs us, no idea how he's usually. But I don't know who we get otherwise, Pellegrini isn't the solution. Keep AS as backup on 6M?

Against us he looked clumsy and it's always like that with him. He looks very unnatural on the left. We should stay away from him.
As a LB I actually would prefer to gamble on Pellegrini instead of getting Hysaj. The latter is strictly an RB and nothing more.

AS will be the starter, money need to go elsewhere (midfield).

in my view, pellegrini is an other, only slightly better frabotta. he isn't even homegrown, he'd occupy a precious slot in the squad. a lot of $$$ out of the window. i'd pass on hysaj too. either sandro out (if a good offer comes), gosens in (if atalanta lower their demands), use danilo as a backup, or just keep sandro and danilo for that position.

my priorities would be similar, with of course a proper sports director and coach in mind too.

Or bring romero and play a back 3, i much rather invest in midfield and bring in romero rather than overpay/settle for low quality FB

Id sell Dybala and play Ronaldo there. Buy some crazy AMC to play next to Kulusevski. Next year break the bank for some crazy striker.

Im still not fully sold on Vlahovic. Or fuck it, if City can play without a striker then so can we.
Why are you not sold on Vlahovic? The guy is 21 y/o and has scored half of Fiorentina's goals this year. Maybe we should not splash a fortune on him but we have to keep an eye on him that's for sure.

Keep an eye on him, yeah, but not buy him imo. Guy looks kinda clumsy and plenty of his goals look like a fluke. Just like I thought Real buying Jovic is a bad deal, I feel the same about this guy. Both seem great but not for a big stage.

Also, he is still young and should play. Buying him for bench makes no sense to me while he is not ready to, not only be a starter here, but replace Ronaldo.

I have to agree with you. One season doesn't make a bonifide star. He has potential but he could also flop

For Fiorentina to get talent like Vlahovic just a little below 3M euro is fantastic

Why can't we get some youngsters like this? We can't give playing time?

The solution is easy, have satellite club like Pozzo,1 in Spain, 1 in England. So if talent showed up, take them to one of this satellite club
