we don't need an Icardi, we need a Kean - a talented kid that has a big upside and can fill for Morata/CR7 in Coppa games and against Serie A relegation strugglers.

If it has to be an older player, at least make it somewhat cheap, Icardi is 7-8m per year in salary only. Rather pick up someone from the relegation strugglers who go to Serie B, Crotone has Simy, Spezia has NZola, Cagliari has Simeone, all have enough skill to put the ball into net for a backup striker and would come at a fraction of the cost of Icardi.

Homegrown Kean would've been perfect for that role as would've 50m Milk for free. A young striker with nice potential will be great too. All dependent on a Dybala sale ofc.
