I gave it a zero since the scale is from -10 to 10.
We improved our MID, not by much but it's still a step in the right direction. We also lost Ronaldo which is a loss but might do good for our overall team play.
So, in my opinion, our team basically stayed the same as the last year which was kind of expected, and that's why I gave zero.

Our main priority was to increase Italian percentage and therefore we got:
De Sciglio, Pellegrini, Kean and Locatelli, along with the returns of Rugani, Perin and Bernaderschi at first eleven, we can now ensure almost a full Italian squad.
Foreigners should take the boot and we managed to offload Cr7, Demiral, Dcosta, who had some market value, even at only a fragment of their value, it served our purpose of ItalJuve 3 project. It may seem that we lost some quality, but the mediocre Italians who replaced them have great nationalistic value!
Max will give us stability at long term, a false sense of hope for the casual fans and will use incapable Italian players (like De Sciglio, Berna, Bonucci, Perin, Pellegrini, etc) as most as possible!
We should make a greater effort for the new Buffon though, the loss of Donarruma will hurt us in the long term, he will be the NT keeper for decades and nothing would fuel our nationalistic flame more, than having him, esp after the permanent loss of Gigi.
But as our strategy is to buy more Italians, instead of the good ones and we have failed to sell foreigner Sce first, i guess he was beyond reach...
We have failed to make any sales of foreigners Ramsey and Mckennie.
And the biggest mistake was bringing that foreign boy Kaio, should we knew that foreigner CR7 would surely find a way of getting rid of and Kean would return, we would never get another foreign forward.
But we made up by bribing Sampdoria to rid us of foreigner Dragusin, even if we had to buy for them an anathema foreign CAM Ihattaren. God forbid they return him to us and we actually end up with another foreign CAM after the immortal Ramsey.
Just within a summer we managed to have almost a full young and Italian team:

Chiesa Locatelli Bernaderschi Pellegrini
Kean Dybala
Dybala still refuses to become Italian, we are still negotiating with him for that and refuse to extend his contract untill he does so. (Suarez instead has accepted right away) If he doesnt comply we will replace him with Icardi, heck even Scamacca!
From there, we only need a couple more DMs, four maybe, just to be sure. This is where we will spend the bulk of our budget for the coming years.
This will be our core for the coming years, Max agreed to it and his former success will hopefully make our fans tolerate him longer than Pirlo.
This core is able to compete for a CL spot and help us to add more 25-30mil mediocre CDMs every year.

I try not to think of Bentancur lol.
If Ramsey can be pushed out and his replacement is chosen wisely then we might be able to use Bentancur in a limited capacity.
But we need more than that. LB for instance. GK too. We also need to either pay 35m for Morata or find a replacement. These are big challenges. I don't expect us to dump all the budget on one or two big names.
