Opinion, I think despite what Palermo said he's the easiest player takeable.

Marotta explicitly said we'd take an AM, Cuadrado and Lamela aren't. So that leaves us with Miki or Vazquez at this point.

More winger then central playmaker, but apparently reports of Chelsea offering Willian to PSG and Bayern, sounds absurd, but might be a decent option if he is on the market, which I doubt. Tho he is kinda scattered and annoying type of player, even if quite skillfull.
