3-5-2 with offensively average/below average wing backs doing a wingers job in the final 3rd was always cancerous and I hope it remains dead forever, but if we do pick up Cuadrado then it could be worth re-visiting more often. 2 wing backs who can really make life shit for their opposite numbers and unlike our past players they could do some damage when they get in behind the opposition.
Less hoofing it in to the box and hitting the first man, or being shut out after a shit touch goes out for a GK, and more flair & fancy and exploiting the wide areas with intent.
