I really like him a lot but BM paid 40M to get him and even when it's obvious that Guardiola didn't trust on him. He's not gonna be cheap.

I'd rather to get Javi than a LB. In my opinion a midfield with Marchisio, Pobga, Javi + a AM (ie Draxler) would be amazing.
