id love to have lukaku, but i think morata will score the more important goals in his career

Lukaku would be a decent striker for us. Not really the spectacular one we need I'm afraid. I like the guy a lot (even if he can come off as a bit dumb at times) and I think he could do well here. If it came down to choosing between him and Morata, I'd go for Morata though.

Dont care how you spin it mate, he has 18 goals, and if he does not play again....he will have 18 goals this season to his record.

Everton are $#@!, so its hardly his fault not as many chances are created....YET STILL SCORED 18 GOALS FOR A $#@! TEAM.

He is quite cleary much better than Morata, and he is much better than Everton. He should move on.

Lukaku also tore apart Wolfsburg....who are better than Dortmund...
Scoring 1 goal over the 2 matches against Wolfsburg is considered "tearing apart"? :shifty:

Dybala final price is 40 mils. Yay or nay?
Nay.
40 is too much.30M max.
According to Mediaset PSG are offering Cavani + Verratti + 20m for Pogba. What do you guys think ?
Great offer no doubt.BUT we should accept it IF and ONLY IF Pogba himself comes and asks to leave.
other then that simply no.
We need to build around him,or if to cash on then we''ll be able to get more than 100mil in 2-3 years imo.

In that deal PSG would easily make back that 20m off the back of Pogba's prestige. He's not only the hottest prospect in world football but is a Frenchman and the talisman of the national team. We'd get a couple of dream players - Cavani would be like signing Falcao but also with the part many say Falcao is missing: defensive workrate. Verratti is a player I've not seen much of but I've always been impressed by what I have seen (the odd match here or there, I don't watch much French football anymore). Is he still comparable to Pirlo in terms of style? If that's the case I'd rather keep Pogba and use Marchisio as a DM rather than sign another Regista.

Perhaps we could market Verratti the same way PSG could market Pogba? Not to the same degree I don't think but perhaps there is something to be said there.

20m plus Cavani (30m?) and Verratti (30m?) - 80m for Pogba? Of course I know it's not that simple and we're getting a good deal on two players but would that be the approximate value of the deal?

It's a tough call, I'm a hoarder so it would be hard for me to let go of Pogba but damn...Cavani is my favourite CF and he's only just turned 28.
The true value of this deal would be way higher. Even if we assume that Cavani and Veratti are worth 30m each, we would never get them for this price. If PSG were to sell them they would go for 40 - 60m and we would be outbid very quickly. Consequently we would be getting something around 120m for Pogba and what is even better we would be getting paid in the form of two outstanding players in their prime + half payment for another fantastic player, i.e. Dybala.

Unfortunatelly this offer is too good to be true. Maybe there is a tiny chance because of the financial fair play regulations and the fact that PSG can't spend 100m on a single player.

And finally, I believe this is such a fantastic deal only because it is certain that Pogba will leave us sooner than later. If we had a realistic chance of keeping him, then I would not sell him for any money as he will win Ballon d'Or one day.

Lukaku is fucking unable to control the ball

Don't spoon feed him with service and he's a massive liability. His 'link up' play and I use the term loosely is just non existant

He'd be Llorente with better positioning in this team. Would rather give Matri another run.

That IS unthinkable, no way that would be considered to be offered even for a second.
Don't underestimate the stupidity of PSG

If they would pay nearly 80M for both Pastore an unproven Palermo player and Lucas, plus their deals for Marquinhos and Luiz, I see them considering giving up a striker they use badly, a midfielder Pogba would replace and 20M petty cash for them.

It is probably nothing, but PSG have been retarded with their money spending habbits several times already. Not to mention straight cash for Pogba is almost impossible for them. They'd have to sell big to think about it. And funnily enough their most valuable asset that they're willing to part with would undoubtedly be Cavani.
