Because Barca want him as well from what I've heard. Although this morning I saw that Alves signed a new 2 year deal.

Anyway, I'm totally for the idea of getting Darmian if it's possible. The only thing that was worrying me was competition from Bayern/Barca eventhough it never sounds like that top teams would chase Italian players

1.Tevez leaves -> TOP level replacement will be needed.(Cavani?Higuain?)
2.One of Pogba/Vidal being sold -> new CM will be needed.(Witsel?Radja?)
3.Allegri will ask for a great AM if not settle for Berardi -> Oscar?De Bruyne?Henrikh?....

Many questions still up in the air.
The first issue needs to be addressed is whether Tevez staying.
