that is the problem, Zenith wants to recover as much as possible from the 40m they paid, rumours are, at least 35m.
And since Witsel earns a $#@!load of money and is a starter, he doesn't really feel the need to leave.

You don't have him for 20.

35m

stop this already, been 7 years or something, guy didn't do anything (big) wrong anymore since then.

Come on Zach, he was used as AM at Standard and played very well there, scored a lot of goals, was ever present, one of their best players when they won the title.
Went to benfica, was also one of their best players and was sold to Zenith for huge amount of cash.
At Zenith, he is always certain of a starting spot in a team that has the money to easily buy a replacement if he wouldn't do, so he can't be that bad.
He just isn't used correct for our NT due to the lack of tactical skills from our coach.

Nainggolan now starts, but he is the b2b while Witsel is used as the holding midfielder, which isn't his best quality, give him a b2b or even AM role (like Vidal had), and I am sure he'll do good.

But since Zenith wants 35m for him, he is not coming.
would you say Witsel is better as a box to box than as a holding midfielder or AM? in that case, we seriously dont need him. we need someone to rotate with Marchisio (Khedira can do it, but he is also better at btb and should normally start there when fit) and /or an AM. at btb we have more than enough options

more like 1/4ista :D

YOOOOOOOOOO, lose and BS rumour for sure, but I mentally fapped just reading this :tuttosport: :tuttosport:

GAITAN OFF TO ITALY?

Nicolas Gaitan is being tipped for a move to Italy.

Perma-linked to Manchester United, it now appears Gaitan could be set for Serie A side Juventus, if A Bola is to be believed.

Juventus are keen to add attacking players to their squad and are intersted in bringing the Argentine to the club, despite Manchester United's presence in the background.

We are presenting Cuadrado like he could stay here permanently :shifty:
Yeh, we seem to be pretty hyped...but we need toremember he just got a loan. Chelsea most likely will negate us any deal for him if he impresses with us... and we will just bring their player back to fit and then give him to them on a plate.

Anyways, he came on loan and little costs involved so its kind of ok if he helps us this season. We need all the help possible.

Because zach gives a flying fuck about the formation, as long as it gets the best out of the players ?

Gaitan can play on the left and in the center. He's exactly the type of cam we need.

But doesnt he take up a non-Eu spot ? Wich we dont have anymore ?
