Montolivo would come very cheap, and is a reliable backup for the two covering midfielders (khedira/marchisio) as he has good passing range and ability, and decent tackling.
Witsel would be a tactical failure that cant play am, and could come as a very inferior Pogba backup. A backup costing 25+ mil and huge wages. And makes the locker room reek of shit.

Belgium NT is like when you played football as a kid. a bunch of players with no tactics, that run trough eachother without any tactical guideline. The improvements we made, was the players coaches learning them their position better, and them adapting that to their belgium game.
Witsel for Belgium, plays all over the place. Failure as a holding midfielder, usually pushed up to CAM at some point, where he does like absolutely nothing apart from trying to win headers.

hows khedira WC?? and fuck montolivo, it is seriously annoying how you go back years in the past to pick moments in the players career to speak so confidently and assuredly about their future output, there is NOTHING to suggest neither khedira nor montolivo will be any good, if anything both are a russian roulette gambles
