Which experts determine the "actual value?" Is this some sort of new thing in football that magically transcends market value?
I used those terms to explain what kind of deal Marotta makes. Why do you have to make a stupid irritating post like this ?
Actual value, could be described as the value generally accepted to be good for the player. Transfervalue is what the club is willing to sell him for so depends entirely on the club.
In above example, Madrid's isco is worth about 40-45mil. But if madrid doesnt want to sell, they will accept his actual transfervalue to be much higher then that.
This entire example is just to make the point at what Marotta does. We seek for players who fit into juventus in terms of character and quality, but we look for "the right price". When Marotta says "the right price", he means players who can be bought for a transfervalue wich is around or even lower then their actual value.
Example : Gareth Bale was probably worth around 60-65mil when Madrid wanted him. Tottenham deemed an actual transfervalue to be 100mil.
If 100mil was his actual value, he'd be better then cristiano ronaldo. He is very far from that.
