I meant that unless it was Mascherano people would criticize the signing of any DM, no matter if it's Poulsen or Muntari but everyone fails to see that most of the teams do buy 3 quality DM's. Milan had 4 (Ambrosini, Emerson, Brocchi, Gattuso) and yet they bought Flamini. Inter had 2 DMs of extra class and yet they splash +15m eur to buy another DM.
And let me remind you, Inter also don't have a creative CM. Why is Mourinho buying a DM when they already have 4 DMs and no Pirlo-esque CM ?

I understand where you're coming from, whatever player the Board were going to sign would be critisized unless it would be an Essien, or Marcherano, this dosen't help the boards' relationship with the fans. The only way the board would win over the fans claims is in a way which Sissoko concentrates puts in a great performance and hence wins over the fans, something which is built-into Poulsen. It's all a matter of depth and whether it will fit with Ranieri's plans(tactics).

Poulsen is at Blasi's level IMO....Muntari is a 1/3 way to Ronaldinho at least/most and that is what makes him a professor of football game compared to the Dane....
