i say no. suicide leads to hell, i believe in hell

Just that you must be very very depressed to take that road. I think it's stupid, no matter how low you get suicide can't be the way out of it.

I used to think about it all the time when I was 14-16.

I nearly OD'd twice, although I wasn't trying to kill myself at the time. I think.

Anyway, thankfully I'm past all of that now.

I had a friend who killed himself when he was 15. Sad. Nice kid, too.

This kid wasnt depressed. He wasnt insane. he wasnt an outcast. He wasnt a freak. In fact everybody knew him. He was everyone's friend. An extrovert if there ever was one.

The police havent released the suicide note, but on his cell's voicemail he claimed to have found enlightenment.

Philosophical : Its a product of the world we live in today

Theological : Surely if you are at that point you have no beleif

Practical : A bit of basic chemistry... Extract codeine from a few packs of pain killers, you will have a great high and die happy.

Paul, suicides have been around since forever. Often for religious reasons.

There is always a solution to the problems that the victim/perpetrator faces. How to get them to understand- now that is the question. Im not condemning nor condoning suicide. The problem is just that in most cases there is always a solution besides suicide. But why dont these people want to find it?

1. Either he was depressed and did a bloody good job of concealing his depression. ( I had a friend that took his own life too, and I wasn't there when he needed me the most...)

2. Or, it wasn't a suicide at all.

That said, my sincerest condolences. But remember, how you deal with your loss willmake you a stronger person.

im good. just a little unsettled. it certainly was a suicide because there was a note.

yes. e.g. last week i watched a basketball game and commentator talked about one player and told that recently his mother, sister and gf died in a car accident. no explanations needed.
