I read because they market themselves as a growth company, but their Quarterly Earnings showed their user base shrunk considerably. Plus they get money from ads and iOS now filters them and protect privacy.

Honestly, I think everything is so fucked right now.

- Monetary policy out of control, Fed keeps walking back their whole tapering rhetoric to save stawks
- Governments unable to control debt
- Valuations way out of control, most stawks should probably go back down to pre-Covid highs, or lower
- Inflation still soaring with soybeans, wheat, nat gas, other shit at or near all-time highs
- Total disconnect between average Joe workers and corporate leaders
- Wages not keeping up with inflation
- "Great resignation" with people quitting their jobs in spite of inflation
- Shortage in trade workers, have to import from third world
- Shortage in truck drivers, driving prices up
- Shortage in tech and hard parts ongoing

Most of this is actually very bearish.

The stock economy has been disconnected with the economy for a long time.

    Snap up 50% on earnings.

Are we to consider them as social media? If so, with the generational shift to Gen Z occuring now, could be a nice decade or so of growth of they play their cards right.

I think that's a very interesting development. And I don't really understand it. I mean, I get the reasons & ideas behind it and I'm sure some people can make it work on a personal level, but as a society?
it’s not for one reason, it’s a big complicated move that includes older folks retiring or retiring early to people moving to better paying jobs or leaving the workforce all together. It’s basically a culmination of the wage to cost of living gap that we see increasing every year.
