Their product got no market fit. Everybody semi-serious about cycling is going to take their own (expensive) bike and add a $100 magnetic stand.. to keep familiar saddle, ergonomics etc and save space. Not buy a $2000 ergometer. And the casuals are gonna buy a $500 ergometer.

It was a good pandemic play, but nothing more. The white woman SoulCycle demographic can only have sustained them for so long, and even then I'm sure they prefer in-person classes.
