Bitcoin nuking, got sell signals on 1 hour and 4 hour, soon to be a sell on the daily. Is the run over? I hope so.

ES1! looks like complete garbage but it is bouncing at 4060 as some buyers are stepping in at that level. NQ1! might go down to 12500.

I don't think we'll see housing prices have anything other than a small correction unless political action is taken, such as preventing purchasing of housing as an investment by hedge funds or wealthy foreigners for example. Too much money is already invested in it.
I don't know, you could be right. Plus MBS is backed by the Fed, so it's different than in 2008. But it is really? If everyone is moving now and going to where they want to be, then all the boomers die off and their kids don't care about their expensive houses, what happens? I wish I had all the answers and could time it all out, because selling a house at the top of the market would be amazing.

I was trying to buy a place around the 250 range. 2 bedroom rowhome usually. Offers were going in for 300k and all cash. I pulled out, no fucking way that’s worth it

Also, I think the main reason housing prices is so retarded is because people aren’t moving due to the pandemic and supply is super low while demand is picking up
It's possible, but then again many could be moving because they're working remotely. So they're going to move where they want to while they can.

Living space costs 9k€/m² here (excluding land) and if you move out of the city it's 6k€/m² in a village. My boss just paid 600k€ for a modest house that is so far away from infrastructure that it's basically a cabin in the woods. 7 figures for the cheapest house in the city.

Fuck them. Not buying boomer bags. I am patient. At some point the boomers die and their kids are gonna need money for OF subscriptions.
Yup, they really are boomer bags in a way. I'm fortunate enough to have a house which I like, but selling it for a ridiculous amount of money is tempting...

Totally missed SPY tagged the 50 day MA and hit the top of the huge gap at 401-403. Would be hilarious if we retrace all the way down to the top of the gap, but then never fill the gap because of the 50 day MA. SPY almost always fills the gap, so hopefully we do, then I might be a buyer. Just need another big down day for QQQ and that SPY gap fill, then we might be good for a while. We'll see.

I was hopeful it would at least knock off some of the vocal doge cult retards that never shut the fuck up.
Still possible...

There's no way Elon did that by mistake. He surely has something on his mind. The guy is a genius, there's no way he didn't know how BTC was mined :lol2: he's either gonna invent some technology regarding mining BTC, or he's throwing news so he can buy more at lower price. It's a pity it didn't hit 60k. Crypto having proof of stake are gonna become big, I can see ETH hitting new high.

For sure, there has to be some underlying reason. His stock is getting slaughtered now too, might even go to 500.

The "genius" does not know what "exponential" and "orders of magnitude" mean, calls random people "pedo", is erratic and wrong on so many topics... Yeah, I know, in flat earth Cryptolandia everyone with IQ over 70 is a genius so I guess he fits the bill.

It's crazy how you're so full of yourself, your ego is absolutely nuts. You being that smart should achieve more than he did. So just do it since you're way above 70 IQ.

If I was a narcissistic sociopath I would have been a trillionaire by now. So many gullible fools around the world.
Fortunately for you, I am on the good side.

So we bounced right off of the 50 day moving average on ES1! and SPY as expected. And we didn't fill the gap on SPY, so just great.
