He is on his way back to his best form. He is even linked to MUFC again as the replacement for Scholes.

Remember a lot of hype around him before his injury, then have not heard anything since.

    Has he regained his form?
    Let's put it like this:
Standard when Defour was injured: 7th
Standard since Defour was back: ended 2nd with equal points as the champion, didn't lose in the playoffs (2matches against all the teams out of the top 5 from Belgium)

Of course he isn't the only reason for the stronger performances from Standard, but he was a big help to them.
So yes, he is regaining his form.

That doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
well up untill a few days ago, i had a small glimmer of hope that sanchez could move to Juve, then i was beginning to think who else could we buy instead?

    pastore? too expensive?

then i thought of defour, primarily because he has been linked with a big move for a couple of years now, and just seemed some what a realistic target without the ridiculous price tag.

Could anyone give me a comparison to a player so I have some clue what Defour is like?
From watching in youth footie (plus some caps for Belgian), I would say little bit like Xabi Alonso with more defensive prowess, if you wanna mention "big" names. I havent seen him in ages, but is a clear capable talent, immediate impression back then was very mature for his age.

    Cool, thanks.

    Is he still injury prone?

They don't play the same position.

One day I was thinking we should get Evra but I thought that it's actually impossible so I thought that maybe we can get Dzudzak instead.
