Yeah, exactly. I think there was a photo leaked a while ago where he looked almost skeletal due to weight loss.

I just woke up, and I thought this was poking fun at the disappointing iPhone 4S announcement.

I was going to come here and say that this is in incredibly poor taste, because people might actually believe he has died.
