Is it official or they're still negotiating?
I would imagine both parties would've come to an agreement regarding the fee.Just ironing out the final details perhaps.

28m + bonuses is the figure that has been thrown around.

White smoke. La Fiorentina and Manchester City, as telling the Daily Mail , they found the agreement for the passage of Stevan Jovetic in the English club. The agreement, it says, will be ratified in the coming days and will have a base of 23 million pounds (26.5 million euro) plus 5 (just under 6 million euro) bonus linked to the objectives achieved. The operation, in total, could then lead into the coffers lilied approximately EUR 32.5 million.
This is what Daily Mail says btw.

precisely what is so disappointing, why are we not trying a little harder for a potential diamond that actually want to play for us (unlike all that aguero/rvp/higuain 'personal agreement')???

why can't it even be something like 18m + 10m next season + extra bonus? or something a little trolling like 13m for 3 seasons?

does fio want straight 30m that badly? does city actually pay straightly?

Fiorentina have done exceedingly well to extract the sum reported.

I was expecting nothing more than €25m cash value.

City, like Chelsea, are completely stacked with midfield players, especially in attack.
