Let's be honest, City were aiming Jovetic and De Rossi because of the Mancini. Now the Italian is gone and they haired Txiki Begiristain, Ferran Soriano and of course - Pellegrini. And what's important too - Stevan is not so young and good to be a main target for bigger clubs than Arsenal. That's my opinion.
