So is this still in the works?

I've seen suggestions that Fiorentina need to sell before Gómez arrives. I can't really see it happening, Giovinco and Vučinić will stay, and one of Matriarella will go.

This could get complicated. :D

Fiorentina need to sell Jovetic in order to get Gomez.

But Juve presumably now need to sell someone in order to put the cash up for Jovetic.

Matri to Milan to unlock everything?

Milan to dominate the market as usual? :D

If we do want Jojo then signing Tevez really looked in our favor. Now we're not so desperate to sign Jovetic, so they can't blackmail us and ask for tons of cash.

We can actually lower his price a lot.

Yeah, this is becoming a really uncomfortable situation for Fiorentina.

I really hope Mirko stays, it was kinda inevitable to see him degraded to the bench but he's still a world class player imo.
If we sell Jovetic indeed it will be hard for him to get any minutes on the pitch, I don't think he'd like that tbh.

Yup, which makes me happy. I hope we're really interested, though.

Without doubt we're still interested, we've been chasing him for over a year.

If Fiorentina accepts 18-20 million + a player he'll be at Juve.

More bad news for Fiorentina, Di Marzio confirms City are now interested in Mario Gomez.

Noo! I want them to sign Higuain to fuck over Arsenal.

I'm guessing Fiorentina can't afford to keep Matri or Quagliarella on the bench, so I think that seems right if there is serious interest still.

Di Marzio just posted news about Man City being after Gómez anyway, excellent news for Juventus.

Why is that a bad news? If they want him then Viola can't do anything about it. Mind as well just try to keep Jovetic.

Doozy everyone reports he has an agreement with Fiorentina but they have to sell Jovetic first. If other clubs want Gomez they cannot afford to wait any longer.

Keeping Jovetic after he publicly said he wants to leave would be stupid. They should stop the shit now because they'll end up looking stupid in the end.
