quaaagssssssss

please offer matri!!
If you go by the report, they rejected Matri and wanted Quag instead. Montella in particular.

Milan are very close to signing Matri for 11M.

Doubt it. I think Matri will go to Lazio for Lulic. Straight swap. If we fail with Coentrao/Zuniga.

Wou, that would be a deal of this decade.
I don't think Fiorentina would've done too shabbily either. Rossi-Quag-Ljajic?

Good deal. But its fair price for Jovetic. So we shouldn't be singing praises to Marotta. The total value of Quag + 1/2*Marrone + 12 mil € = 25 - 27 mil €. It eliminates some hassle with sales. So lets say that's worth 2 mil €.

23 mil € for Jovetic. Good but after a poorer season and some long time injuries it's not a spectacular low price.
Agreed. Although, in the context of our budget and mercato targets, it'll go a long way in helping us acquire another player upfront. Higuain/Tevez.

Sportmediaset :lol2:

Only TuttoJuve is less credible.
Really? That bad? Although if I'm not mistaken, weren't they the ones that ran the Cassano to Juve story back in the day? 2006 or so. The deal was agreed etc and we had signed him.

Fiorentina would be a great place for Quagliarella. And I think he sees it to. If he goes there his place in the WC is guaranteed. He'd be among the stars of the Serie A if he went there.
Well said, again, can't say I disagree. He'll find a lot of continuity and if Rossi strikes form, then that pairing will definitely be in the reckoning come the WC. It will depend on what Fiorentina will be willing to pay him though and how much the pay cut entails.

Seriously that Sportmediaset news sounds too good to be true.

No way it's gonna be less than 18mln IMO.
Still, that's a good sign. Lot of people, experts, sites and newspapers are talking about this deal in specific way, other than about Higuain or Tevez. In the way that have happy ending for us very often. Let's face it - Europe wouldn't be impresed by transfer of Jovetic here, it's a deal in Serie A - that's our ground. What I mean is that this deal is realistic and we have many ways (including our players in the deal) to finish this.

Other thing that is interesting for me is if Jovetic will end Top Player talk. I am afraid that transfer of Serie A attacker that isn't Cavani won't stop this circus. On the other hand, it's seems that we have still chance to buy Higuain.

I think yes...we are losing too much. Good Money, a proved decisive stiker and a possible good mifielder.
Not sure about it tbh.
Doubt we'll go with such a high cash component if Quag is included. He's been a pivotal player for Juve this term and if Fiorentina is valuing Jojo at 30m, there's no way Quag's valuation isn't going to be inflated as a result. 12-14m.
