Jesus, get a grip guys. I've never seen people overrate a player like this in a long time. People are over the moon acting as if he's Suarez or Ibra. Do you guys want to know how these guys have produced the last few years, just to get a slight sense of what dominating and being a top and expensive signing really means? Suarez had 30 goals and 13 assists, Ibra had 35 goals and 14 assists. Jovetic scored 13 goals 5 assists this year and 14 goals and 3 assists the year before in a team that is built around him. You guys will be in for a huge disappointment.

Don't know if it has been mentioned already somewhere, but the quotes from Elkann are made up by the media.

The journalist asked him if Jovetic is a Juve target and if he likes him. He responded that he likes Juve, we've won 2 scudetti, we're very strong...the usual BlaBla to avoid responding to the actual question. Then another journalist asked if Higuain AND Jovetic is possible and he responded ironically with "Messi and Ronaldo as well...?".

That's why I rarely believe any quotes as long as I haven't seen a video.

If Viola want 30m for Jovetic then it absolutely warrants a comparison with a Suarez.

Anyway, even though stats don't show the full picture, the stats he has produced for a few season in a row show that he isn't actually worth the hype people seem to be having in this thread.

If you look overall,(what he prefers, what he's been playing the most) Then he is a finisher. But under Bielsa he's been playing exactly like you said. Same type as Mandzukic.
