Asamoah imo would be a GREAT LB, would be decent moving up, incredible defensively, linking up with Cheesio and Jojo would do him no harm. With 4-3-3 no need to purchase a new defender, BonBon and Caceres would be more than enough to cover the other two. Compact, creative and would seem effective on paper.

He scored 6 goals and made 2 assists in 31 games while starting only 19 of them and playing out of position as a winger.

It was never going to be easy for him to start more games with an experienced striker like Gilardino in the team. Considering the circumstances, he had an alright season.
