Probably his best game of the season. He can tackle but he is still liable to give the ball away with some spastic passing. The days of playing brainless Sissoko-like midfielders should be over for this club. We need three midfielders on the park who can pass the ball.

He's just very mediocre with the ball & excellent defensively.

as a backup when someone is injured/suspended, hes more than good enough. also, hes not a liability as long as he gives a safe pass when taking the ball away from the opponent and doesent try some crazy passes. hes 22 and will be a reliable backup for many years to come here

He is ideal if you plays him by a key player of the other team, but in the most matches he is average because Juve is a dominating team.

The most disappointing thing about Sturaro is his touch. It often takes him two touches to control the ball.

His real weakness is his awareness. If someone like Pirlo is a 10 then Sturaro is 3, but I can't fault the work rate and defensive edge he brings to the team. At least he didn't give the ball away every time in this game.
