€2m is linked to his appearances with Genoa(performance bonus)... like if he plays a certain number of matches this season (Genoa let him gain experience instead of benching) Juve have to pay €2m.
the €3.5m is probably linked to how useful he will be to Juve, how many CL qualifications/titles won during his time with Juve.

the official statement didn't go into the details of the extra €2m or €3.5m...
but I don't understand why the press is saying Juve have to "convince" Genoa to bring back its own player from loan... I hope bringing him back early means Juve don't have to pay the €2m part of the agreement.
but dont you have to pay if you want to break a loan deal? i mean, we have an agreement with them, we cant simply take him back without paying them i think

Either Vidal or Pereyra are played at AM, so we technically do have another spot. I also worry about his playing time though.
I would agreed with you if we still played 3-5-2 and only 3 CMs starting. But we play 4 CMs formation, and our best quartet start, leaving only Pereyra on the bench to back them up (Padoin LB backup, and too poor of a CM anyways). Because rest assured, we are taking back Sturaro early only because Romulo's career seems to be over with us, injury plauged and will be gone for a while, plus takes time to get back, and its only 4 months left of the season. So might aswell take back someone who we planned on adding in the summer. And its sad, but I'm leaning heavily on this being Pirlo's last season with us, so will be more room rotation wise next season.
i was talking about next season. i think we wont use 4 CMs at the same time and we might be seeing a different formation (4-3-3/4-3-2-1) with 3 attackers upfront. i also think Pirlo will stay until 2016 when his contact expires. Padoin is pretty much gone, Romulo is a question still (though i would keep him, i think he is a perfect rotation player for the team, and the price is good too) and only if he leaves we could create room for Sturaro next season. we also dont know for sure yet what is Allegri planning with Asamoah. most likely starting LB but we dont know exactly yet. things could change if we sign (for examle) a guy like Darmian who is a potential starter and keep Evra (which is unlikely, but i want to look at all possible scenarios). its similar with Pereyra (and Jovetic/Mkhitaryan/whoever). so it will greatly depend on who we sign in the summer. i think it will be our standard 4 CMS, Pereyra ad Romulo/Sturaro (with Romulo having slightly better chances to stay) competing for 3 spots. and getting Sturaro back now and loan him out again in the summer would be kinda unnecesary

we probably won't get wingers or a playmaker so Allegri will keep Vidal up and stick to the trio Marchiso-Pirlo-Pogba so Sturaro would help to rest one of these guys from time to time. Pereyra could do that also and backup Arturo. Padoin if we don't sign a fullback will be backup at. that position.

evra imo has been player well. but it is a risk when in the champions league. I think we should go for Balanta. he can play CB but he is fast and dynamic enough to play LB.
im not overly convinced by balanta, I think he can be liability when he is on the ball though he has gotten away with it a lot for river plate but his decision making on the ball may be a real problem playing at a higher level

i read several articles on tuttojuve and this seems far from over.
for example preziosi (genoa president): "he looked a little distracted. i don´t know if he will finish the season with us or not."
