you people let your emotions cloud your judgement on this transfer
we only have to ask ourselves if we need him and will he be great at Juve or not?
well, that's simple we do not need him as he is clearly past his best plus he is not the kind of player we need (creative playmaker).

unless we get him for free, there are much better options than him.

i just want to know, if he comes how would he explain his comments on the calciopoli.

for me it doesn't make sense either that juve want him or that he might agree to join juve.

by the way how much is left of the 50Mill transfer budget

I don't like either player frankly, but considering the circumstances, I'd have to choose Stankovic over Lampard provided we secure Xabi Alonso. If we do secure the latter, that means we'll have our passer in the squad to play the ball around the pitch. Where would Lampard fit in regarding Ranieri's tactics? He'd have to play as the offensive pivot in the diamond midfield, which I'm not sure Ranieri wants to field. While on the other hand, Stank would give us cover for practically all midfield position barring DM. Then throwing in the wage discussion by Alen, it's obvious that we should stay away from Lamps.
Can you imagine the motivation that he'll have after being ditched by Inter just so he's replaced by Lampard? He'll want to eat his old team alive.

Sign Xabi and forget about Stank. If Inter really manage to sign Lamps, Quaresma and Mancini they'll be desperate to offload him, and we can consider trading him with belardi when the market close.

:agree: about Stankovic

I don't think our transfer budget was capped at a certain monetary amount, rather just a quality foward (Amauri) and a quality midfielder (hopefully Xabi)

Oh course No.

When he get the chance to came into Torino he gives his Ok at first and then changes mind and choose the better salary that Moratti was proposing. He sings "Noi vinciamo senza rubare". This kind of man can't be welcomed.
