Stankovic is a good MR but sucks as ML, he's really bad there. On the other hand we really have problems on the other side when Camo is injured. That's why i wonder why didn't he say that Stankovic can act as a cover for Camo but he said that he could be a cover for Nedved ?

Maybe he didn't want Stankovic to think that if he joins Juve he'll be a sub for Camo. Nedved is old and out of form so he can easily lose his place in the starting XI, while Camo's place is guaranteed.

But if Blanc really sees Stankovic as a cover for Nedved, then i'm disappointed.

The "or" in Blanc's sentence confused me.

He said "play behind the strikers OR act as a cover for Nedved". I understood it as "play behind the strikers or be a cover ML".
I guess he meant "play behind the strikers or be a cover for the one who plays behind the strikers".

It seems you've changed your idea about these guys! This is what I said from first day of summer market. I said it many times and you and some friends of you said we should be patient, optimistic and ... You were unhappy when I mentioned Moggi but look at our transfer this year:

Melberg, Knezevic, Poulsen and cream of the cake: Stankovic!

Milan sold 10000 tickes in 2 days after Ronaldinho transfer and they says it will be breaking records for Ronaldinho's shirt. Do anyone here wants to buy Poulsen or Melberg or Knezevic shirt? I don't think so.

i think that would be different from deal to deal as with the jersey the club's image is also in question; so if you're asking about ronaldinho i am sure theres some kind of arrangement as i really doubt either side will pocket all the earnings

If i understood correctly, Ronaldinho got unbelievable privilegies and Milan accepted all his conditions. That's something the other clubs aren't willing to give to any player.
In other words, we can hardly expect Beckham/Real in this case. Real held Becks image rights and it's not the case with Ronaldinho/Milan.

Berlusconi will earn with Mediaset from the TV rights, sponsors will be more interested to give their money to Milan and maybe more season tickets will be sold. Milan will certainly get back what they paid for Ronaldinho this year but if he won't perform on the pitch then he may be a big problem in the next 2 years because only wage wise he costs Milan 13m per season.
